We are Transhost.org, an internet and language services business which has its web hosting datacenter in the United States. Our datacenter is one of the world's premiere webhosting businesses and has a well-earned reputation for both reliability and technical achievement. We feel that we have the best in the business, and this is great for you, our current and potential customers.
|  | How can you help me, a potential customer?
We offer a diverse product line of internet hosting solutions. Our main product line is three web hosting products that are structured according to disk space and bandwidth needs. Our 100mb Plan has 100 megabytes of space and our 400 mb Plan has 400 megabytes of space. In between these two plans we have a 200 mb Plan. These three plans serve most of our clients. However, we can do more than host web pages.
For individuals that have smaller needs we offer packages as small as 50 megabytes. This 50 megabyte package will serve someone that is new to webhosting and it will also accomodate someone who only wants to use email with their domain name without a web page. This package is available for 11.99 per year.
For our corporate customers who have larger needs for space and bandwidth, we offer 1 Gigabyte packages (and higher) on request. If you need more than 1 GB of space, Contact Us for more information.
| | I do not speak english, what languages can you communicate in?
We currently can communicate in English, Spanish, French, and Catalan. We hope to offer more language support in the future.
| | Your prices are about one-half (1/2) of what I have been paying. How can you charge less?
It is our goal to bring to you a premiere web hosting capability which is available in your own currency. Furthermore, we want to make this available to you at prices which are so low that it may surprise you. By hosting your web page in the US, and paying with a Euro or British Pound, you are able to host with a lower cost provider and avoid the higher taxes that are found in the European Union. We have high quality web hosting and low operational expenses and we pass these lower costs on to you in the form of lower prices. Our support personnel are able to handle your questions in the languages stated above as well as handle any translation requests that you may have. Our billing and support systems allow us to keep most functions in house. We are online several hours a day and if our customers submit a service request in a language other than english, we will offer a response at most once or twice daily.
| | If I am dissatisfied with your service, how do I terminate the service?
We have no contracts, nothing to sign. We make it easy to sign up and easy to terminate. If for some reason you are unhappy with your service, you may terminate the account within 15 days of activation with a full refund. If after that time period you wish to cancel your account, you are free to do so without penalty. We will refund any unused portion of your pre-paid service. We have an attractive price structure with an extremely high quality datacenter. We think you will be satisfied.
