1. If I have a domain name, how do I transfer nameservers?
- You will need to go to your registrar's website, login, and then submit your nameserver changes to:
ns1.transhost.org
ns2.transhost.org
->Changes will usually take around 24 hours to process.

2. After Ordering, how long will it take for my account to become active?
- Setup is up to 24 hours. We must confirm payment to prevent fraud, etc. For any offline payment methods, please allow up to a week.

3. How and where do I upload my website to?
- You will upload your website via ftp. This may be done by using an ftp program such as WSFTP or Filezilla . Use transhost.org or your domain name to the ftp server, and simply use your control panel login information to gain access. From there, go to public_html and upload all files/folders/images/ with the main file as index.html/php.

4. How do I order an account with Transhost.org?
- Simply go to Order and choose your hosting plan, choose a domain, then fill out the forms. If you not have an online payment selected, then please pay upfront. There will be no accounts created until payment is made.
